I began my technology journey in 2024 at Antalya Bilim University, studying Computer Programming, and I am currently continuing my education as a second-year student at Akdeniz University. I strengthened my theoretical knowledge with an 11-month comprehensive internship at Sevais Teknoloji. Through the projects I developed on the n8n platform, I made a strong entry into the world of automation. With my high adaptability and passion for learning, I focus on transforming complex processes into efficient digital solutions.

My n8n Project: BriefBot
One of the biggest productivity barriers in today’s business world is Inbox Fatigue. As a solution to this problem, I developed BriefBot, an autonomous AI assistant that fully automates email management. Built on the n8n automation platform, this project utilizes the power of the Google Gemini 1.5 Pro language model (LLM) to analyze emails. Instead of relying on a traditional “if-this-then-that” structure, the system understands the content of emails, performs research when needed, and makes autonomous decisions.
BriefBot includes several advanced technical capabilities. Incoming emails first pass through Regex-based spam filters and sender verification (white-list) protocols to optimize system resources. Through Gemini API integration, emails—regardless of language—are translated into Turkish, summarized into concise 2–3 sentence executive briefs, and processed through sentiment analysis to determine whether they are positive, negative, or urgent. With function calling, the system autonomously enriches data by using external tools such as Wikipedia for technical terminology and calculator utilities for financial computations.
All analysis results are delivered to the user via Telegram as a structured, real-time Markdown-formatted Decision Report, while simultaneously being logged into a Google Sheets database for long-term tracking and analytics. To ensure continuous operation, an integrated “Error Trigger” mechanism manages exceptions by detecting potential API outages and notifying the administrator instantly.
The technologies used in this project include n8n Workflow Automation, Google Gemini AI, Telegram Bot API, Google Sheets, and IMAP/Gmail integration.
